domestic pharmaceutical enterprises in responding
to the first antitrust investigation initiated
by USA against Chinese Companies. |

Chinese government in responding to the first
and second countervailing investigation cases
initiated by Canadan government involving barbecue
and fasteners respectively, and successfully obtained
a “de minimis” determination on November 19, 2004
in barbecue case and “non-injury” determination
on January 7, 2005 for three out of four concerned
products in the fastener case. |
