  • Broad & Bright is proud to announce the promotion of counsel and partner. Promotion is effective from January 1, 2014

    Li Bo, specialized in anti-trust law and international trade law, has been promoted to be partner at the Beijing Office of Broad & Bright.
    Candy H. Chen, a corporate law expert, has been promoted to be counsel at the Beijing Office of Broad & Bright.
    Taotao Zhu, a Japanese speaking senior lawyer, has been promoted to be counsel at the Shanghai office and will be relocated to Guangzhou office after Broad & Bright receives regulatory approval.
  • Kai (Keith) Yuan, joined Broad & Bright as partner on April 1, 2014. Previously, Mr. Yuan worked with the Hong Kong offices of Goodwin Procter and DLA Pipers. His practices focus on venture capital/private equity, capital markets and real estate.

    After we receive the regulatory approvals, Mr. Yuan will be based in the Guangzhou office of Broad & Bright,. In addition to recruitment of Mr. Yuan, Broad & Bright will adopt a series of strategies to expand its footprint in Southern China.
